100 Miles in May Challenge Event

3 miles a day and you’ve got this…

Stay motivated during lockdown! Help raise #melanomaawareness and vital funds for Melanoma Focus and SKCIN by walking the dog, jumping on your static bike, rowing machine, treadmill or doing laps of the garden – we’re open to ideas!

The 100 Miles in May virtual challenge event remains active and open. COVID-19 has affected all of our lives and now, more than ever, we need your support.  We urge all participants to prioritise their own and public health by following current Government and NHS guidance throughout the challenge.

If your personal circumstances change:

Don’t hesitate to let us know. You might like to extend your challenge beyond May or choose another month making the challenge “100 Miles in a Month”. The challenge will now close on 30 September 2020.

Thank you so much for your help during these difficult times.

The 100 Miles in May Challenge

runs from 1-31 May 2020. Once you’ve decided to take part, how you do it is entirely up to you! You might want to make it your own personal challenge or take part as a team.  It’s completely flexible.  It’s the ideal challenge. 3 miles a day for 31 days and you’ve smashed it!

We’ve timed our challenge to take place throughout Melanoma Awareness Month and to coincide with Skin Awareness Week. Both awareness campaigns take place in May and by taking part you will be helping to raise the profile of your cause at the ideal time of year.

Taking part is easy!

Let us know what you plan to do and we will send you everything you need to get you going.  A FREE sports top, training plans if you need them, our Fundraising Pack and lots of hints and tips to help you along the way.

There’s NO FEE to join.

We’re excited to say that this year we’ve joined forces with Skcin to jointly promote the 100 Miles in May challenge and increase melanoma awareness.
